1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and ampm wallet ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the ampmwallet.app website, the ampm wallet mobile application for Android and iOS, and all services and games offered under the ampm wallet brand.

By accessing our website, downloading the app, registering an account, or conducting any transaction through the ampm wallet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. 3 Account Registration and User Responsibilities

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Voluntary account closure request by the user.
• Compliance with court orders, regulatory directives, or legal requirements.

In the event of voluntary account closure, any valid balance will be returned to your registered bank account within 7 to 14 business days, once all security and compliance checks have been completed. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements will not be refunded.

10 ampm wallet Limitation of Liability

12 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties within 30 days from the date the dispute arises.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. The parties waive their right to pursue any legal action in courts of any other jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
